Christmas in Ohio!

Christmas was quite hectic this year. We spent about half of December in Ohio visiting the families, one week in Bellefontaine and another in Peebles. So lots of traveling around for me, Meg, and Xavier, but it was definitely worth it. We spend Christmas morning with Megan’s parents, and of course Xavey had a blast opening up his presents, and boy did he get a lot of them. I think the grandparents miss him just a little bit. He got so much stuff that we flew up, and had to drive a rental back down! Not only was it an SUV, but we also filled up an entire luggage carrier full of stuff.

Anyway, it was really good to get back Ohio and to see everyone and spend a couple weeks with them. Unfortunately, Xavey ended up getting an ear infection in both ears on the last few days in Ohio, but he was quite a little trooper. The drive back to Texas was actually really easy because he did so good. So for anyone who hasn’t come to visit us yet, if Meg and I can drive it with Xavey being sick, then you have no excuses!
